Find rating and price-target changes published in the LAST 7 DAYS on NVIDIA, Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, Broadcom, AMD, ASML, Netflix, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Intel, Qualcomm, Marvell, Palantir, CrowdStrike, Snowflake or Datadog, by a NAMED investment bank or research firm. Each finding must be ONE rating action on ONE company by ONE named firm: the bank's own research announcement, a regulatory or exchange disclosure of it, or a dated news report that states the firm's name, the new price target and the new rating. MUST-HAVES: the analyst's firm is named (Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Bank of America, Citi, UBS, Barclays, Jefferies, Wedbush, Bernstein, Evercore, Piper Sandler, Baird, Oppenheimer, Mizuho, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Redburn, Melius or similar); the NEW price target is stated as a number; the rating is stated; and the page carries a date inside the 7-day window. Give the previous target as well whenever the page states it. Skip consensus-estimate aggregators and 'average analyst target' pages, 'analysts say' roundups, articles covering several banks or several companies at once, screener and rating-summary pages, and anything outside the window. Lead with the firm, the company, the old and new target, the rating change, and the date.
