Each finding must be ONE company filing or ONE company release stating the change: an 8-K, a quarterly release, an investor-relations statement, a pre-announcement, or a slide from the company's own guidance deck. MUST-HAVES: the page is published by the company or is its filing; it names the metric being guided (revenue, EPS, operating margin, capital expenditure, unit volumes or free cash flow); it gives BOTH the previous figure and the new one, or explicitly says guidance is withdrawn; and it carries a date inside the 7-day window.
