## Supported operations

| Operation                 | Notes                                                |

| PutReportDefinition       | Creates a report; rejects duplicate names.           |
| DescribeReportDefinitions | Lists all report definitions.                        |
| DeleteReportDefinition    | Deletes by `ReportName`.                             |
| ModifyReportDefinition    | Updates (and optionally renames) a report.           |

Required fields validated on put/modify: `ReportName`, `S3Bucket`, `TimeUnit`.

## Access via MCP / preview URL

When run inside parlel, CUR is reachable through the pool's MCP bridge and any
assigned preview URL. Point `AWS_ENDPOINT_URL` at the preview URL.

## Surface coverage

This emulator faithfully replicates the API surface most application code and agents exercise. Anything below the supported lines is either an intentional design choice for a fast, zero-cost local emulator (✓ By design) or a candidate for a future release (⟳ Roadmap) — never a silent inaccuracy.
