Frequently asked questions
Why is speed the thing you charge for?
Because it is the thing that costs us money. A 5-minute agent runs 12 times an hour, and every run is a search plus a judging pass.
What happens when I run out of budget?
Your agents pause and the app tells you why. You are never billed for overage.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account goes back to Free.
