About

I am a senior product design leader specialising in building high-performing design organisations, growing teams, and embedding user research and agile practices. I focus on the intersection of AI and design workflows, exploring tools such as Claude Code, Figma MCP, and Storybook to accelerate the design-to-code pipeline. I foster feedback cultures and improve delivery speed, quality, and consistency across complex enterprise portfolios.
