I co-founded GoLinkGone, a link management platform with a customizable QR Studio, and built its entire backend in Java and Spring Boot. It reached 1,000+ users and ~23000 redirects in only ~2 months, and ranked #9 of 200+ products in its Peerlist launch week. The interesting part was the click path: redirects are served from a Caffeine cache, and click analytics go into an in-memory queue that's flushed every few seconds as batched upserts into PostgreSQL, so the redirect never waits on a database write. It also had Bucket4j rate limiting, GeoLite2 geolocation, JWT auth with Supabase Google SSO, and a Caddy + Docker deployment. We've since shut the backend down to cut hosting costs, but building it end to end taught me more about backend engineering than any course. I'm a 2027 CS graduate looking for SWE internships and fresher backend roles.","created_at":"2026-09-20T14:07:31.166922Z","edited":true}],"posts_total":1}
