How to find companies on Parlel

Search published company pages by industry, size, location and hiring status. A practical guide to finding companies on Parlel.

A Parlel company page is a business describing itself in structured form: what it does, how big it is, where it operates, and what it is hiring for -- each page server-rendered with organization markup so search engines and AI tools read the same facts you do. The company directory gathers every published one.

The four filters

Industry. The fastest cut when you know the sector: fintech, devtools, agencies, and the rest. Combine with size when the industry alone returns a wall of results.

Size. Company size predicts how they buy, hire and partner. A 1-10 startup and a 500-person company in the same industry are different searches wearing the same label; filter accordingly.

Location. Where the company operates. Useful for partnership conversations, on-site roles and anything where timezone overlap matters; ignorable for pure remote software buying.

Hiring. The intent filter. Companies marked as hiring are growing, funded, or at minimum spending -- which makes this the single best prospecting filter on the page. If you sell to startups, sell to hiring startups first.

Read a company page before you act

A published page shows the company's description, size, industry, location, open roles and verification status. Before reaching out -- as a candidate, a vendor or a partner -- read all of it. The two checks that matter:

  1. Verification. Verified companies confirmed ownership of their work email domain. It proves the page is run by the company, not an impersonator.
  2. Open roles. Roles linked from the page show what the company actually needs right now, in its own words. A vendor who reads the hiring page before pitching understands the account better than one who reads only the homepage.

What to do next depends on who you are
